Summary: The medical group dedicated the first meeting to define our Goals, and establish measurable and reachable objectives. We have made a commitment to comply with these goals in due time, therefore we've asked for support from the supervisors to reenforce these tasks, that according to our group, were identified as essential to reach these goals.
Goal #1

Actualize the Occupational Health Practices and Procedure Manual, complying with the requirements of the Department of Health as of the 4th Quarter 2013. - We are working with this Goal dividing the Manual in 3 parts, to be read by the professional staff for corrections and changes. Goal #2 Maximize the Medical Surveillance Program to obtain 100% compliance . -
Reunite with Directors, Managers & Supervisors to obtain their commitment as part of the regulatory monitoring Surveillance Program -Perform an appointment schedule using OHM program on a weekly basis, and a master listing on a monthly basis. -The colleague that doesn't comply at the third advise will have his access revoked.
Goal #3

Wellness -Design and Integrate the Wellness Program to strengthened the different components of the human being, having an optimum health level.
-
Budget support to defray the program and support from the different departments in order to comply with this goal.

Support: from HR Director & Manager:
-Reunite with Directors, Managers & Supervisors to obtain their commitment as part of the regulatory monitoring Surveillance Program

In Parking Lot:

- Colleagues with Previous Medical Appointments for short period of time, do not need to visit the Dispensary.
- Occupational Health Practices & Procedures Manual was revised and passed on.
- The Medical group will reunite with María Rosado, from IT Dept., to discuss Data Entry in OHM and other issues, once a week.


Other Topics:

- New Employee Assistance Program was discuss and Issues were resolved.
- Progress Notes Evaluation was discuss
- Wellness Program was discuss and assigned.
